Responsibilities
As a Homeowner's Insurance Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our insurance provider clients and their customers
- Handling a high volume of calls, emails, and letters, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Documenting all client communication across multiple platforms, maintaining accurate records and reports
- Serving as the primary point of contact for our clients and their customers, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Prior experience in the insurance industry (agent license a plus!)
- Ability to work remotely with a flexible schedule (Monday through Friday, 8:30am-6:00pm EST, with some Saturdays required)
- Demonstrated communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong independent problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
* 4+ years of insurance experience
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Associates Degree
