Responsibilities

As a Homeowner's Insurance Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our insurance provider clients and their customers
  • Handling a high volume of calls, emails, and letters, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • Documenting all client communication across multiple platforms, maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for our clients and their customers, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry (agent license a plus!)
  • Ability to work remotely with a flexible schedule (Monday through Friday, 8:30am-6:00pm EST, with some Saturdays required)
  • Demonstrated communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong independent problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

* 4+ years of insurance experience

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Associates Degree
