In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth financial operations of our organization by accurately entering payments for sessions into our Practice Management Software.

Responsibilities
As an Accounts Receivable Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Accurate Payment Entry: Enter all payments for sessions into our Practice Management Software accurately and within a 30-day timeframe.
- Timely Payment Processing: Ensure payments received by the 25th of each month for the previous month's sessions are entered by the 25th of the following month.
- Weekly Reporting: Provide a weekly report of entries completed, including notes on errors, discrepancies, or missing sessions, to the CEO via email on an agreed-upon day of the week (e.g., Friday by end of day or midnight).
- Communication and Issue Resolution: Communicate promptly with the CEO regarding any payment-related discrepancies or system issues.
- Invoice Submission: Submit an invoice to the HR Manager (Alma Morin-Preciado) and CEO (Blanca Garcia) at the end of each month.
- Confidentiality and Security: Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in data entry, accounts receivable, or a related field.
- Practice Management Software Familiarity: Familiarity with Practice Management Software is preferred but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet strict deadlines.
- Email Communication and Reporting: Proficiency in email communication and reporting.
- Self-Motivation and Independence: Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Contract Terms
As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll be required to adhere to the following contract terms:
- Payment Schedule: Payments received will be sent to the contractor by the 25th of each month, and all corresponding entries must be completed by the 25th of the following month.
- Invoice Submission: Contractor agrees to submit an invoice to the HR Manager and CEO at the end of each month. Payment will be processed within five (5) business days of the invoice submission.
