Your Role

As a Technical Customer Service Manager, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our printer partners and customers in the US, Canada, and Mexico. Your expertise will be invaluable in troubleshooting issues, analyzing performance data, and developing solutions that minimize financial damage and impact to arenaflex. You'll also be responsible for:

  • Overseeing paper performance for assigned customers and printers
  • Providing troubleshooting and analysis to improve the performance of arenaflex paper
  • Facilitating the claim process, including negotiations
  • Educating end-users on new products, business, and technology
  • Actively communicating and collaborating with various partners, including customers, printers, sales, and arenaflex mills
  • Providing accurate and timely reporting to customers, printers, sales, and arenaflex mills
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with assigned accounts
  • Identifying leads and opportunities during discussions with assigned accounts
  • Advising arenaflex mills on general market conditions and mill performance
  • Leading trial runs, including determination of runs and ensuring runs are accurate and correct
  • Collaborating with the TCS team, claims team, and customer service team to improve the process of managing customer complaints and claims processes

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A relevant commercial or engineering degree and technical understanding of complex products
  • Sales skills, product, application, and process knowledge in paper, and experience in the paper industry and market
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to network effectively
  • Familiarity with working in a matrix organization
  • Decisiveness and results-oriented approach
  • Agility in the face of change
