Responsibilities

As an Accounts Payable/Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Accurate Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry of invoices and billing details to ensure expenses are tracked and processed efficiently.
• Financial Transaction Management: Enter and reconcile financial transactions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date account records.
• Accounting Software Utilization: Utilize accounting software and related tools to manage and monitor accounts payable activity.
• Timely Processing: Ensure timely and precise processing of invoices and payments in line with departmental standards.
• Invoice Verification: Verify invoice details, including purchase orders, pricing, payment terms, and additional charges, for accuracy.

• Process Evaluations: Support process evaluations and contribute to improving workflow procedures.
• Multi-Entity Management: Assist with managing accounts payable for multiple entities and suppliers to meet deadlines and compliance standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 1+ Years of Related Experience: At least one year of experience in data entry, accounting, or a related field.
• Accounting Software Proficiency: Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero.
• Microsoft Office Suite Skills: Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills.
