Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Accounting and Data Entry Professional to join our team. As a key member of our accounting team, you'll be responsible for processing invoices, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, and performing general office duties as assigned. If you're a detail-oriented, organized, and fast-paced individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
As an Accounting and Data Entry Professional at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting in checking all individual invoices to ensure correct coding
- Ensuring all supplies are listed
- Correctly filling out all POs attached to invoices
- Performing general office duties as assigned
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our team members and customers
- Collaborating with our accounting team to ensure seamless processing of invoices and financial transactions
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
