Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Customer Care Associate with arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout the delivery process. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Handling phone calls, emails, and chats with customers to resolve issues and provide assistance
- Researching and resolving problems related to package delivery, including tracking and tracing packages
- Documenting delivery information into our tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
- Collaborating with regional facilities to create a seamless customer experience

Requirements and Qualifications
