Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to client requests and inquiries via phone and chat, including product purchases and service inquiries.
  • Demonstrating high standards for quality service, including maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism.
  • Keeping up to date with product knowledge and industry trends, ensuring that you are always knowledgeable about our products and services.
  • Working with the quality and training team to manage performance expectations and ensure that you are meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality goals.
  • Maintaining open communication with team leads and managers for support and development, ensuring that you are always informed and up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
  • Documenting all client interactions accurately in the call center database, ensuring that all customer interactions are recorded and tracked.
  • Adhering to schedules and deadlines for both regular and special projects, ensuring that you are always meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Exceeding KPIs and quality goals as set by management, ensuring that you are always meeting or exceeding expectations.
  • Communicating proactively and professionally with customers across multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email.

Requirements

To be successful as a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative, you will need to have:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a business or professional environment, preferably in the service industry.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • The ability to deliver high-level client service under high volume, including the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Strong computer literacy and internet savvy, with e-commerce experience preferred.
  • Experience with Windows-based applications and client relationship management tools.
  • Excellent data entry skills, with a typing speed of 45-55 wpm minimum.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic shift environment, including weekends and evenings.

Nice-to-haves

While not required, the following skills and experience would be beneficial for this role:

  • Experience in live chat support (1 year preferred).
  • Experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry (1 year preferred).
  • Prior call center experience (1 year required).
