Responsibilities
As a Chat Support Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding promptly to gig workers' inquiries and providing accurate and helpful information through our chat support system.
- Addressing and resolving gig workers' concerns, issues, or complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient chat support experience for gig workers.
- Staying up-to-date with the features and functionalities of the arenaflex platform and our partner staffing apps.
- Assisting gig workers in navigating the arenaflex platform and troubleshooting any technical issues they may encounter.
- Actively promoting the benefits and features of arenaflex to gig workers to encourage engagement and participation.
- Documenting and escalating complex or unresolved queries to the appropriate departments for further assistance.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
