About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, efficient, and secure web and cloud applications. Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web and cloud applications using a range of technologies, including but not limited to, Java, Python, JavaScript, and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, and develop solutions that meet business needs.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to arenaflex's coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring that code is of high quality and meets arenaflex's standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and optimize application performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve arenaflex's products and services.
• Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure that applications meet quality and testing standards.

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with a strong focus on web and cloud applications.
• Proficiency in a range of programming languages, including Java, Python, JavaScript, and others.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, architecture, and testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud-native applications and serverless computing.
