Position Summary
We're seeking hundreds of Customer Service Representatives to join our Caremark Member Operations division in the San Antonio, TX area. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our millions of plan members. You'll take inbound calls, answer questions, and offer solutions to help simplify their health care experience. Key Responsibilities
* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and providing solutions to help them better understand their coverage and options
* Take inbound calls and respond to a variety of client and member inquiries, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific client calls
* Receive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise
* Offer solutions to help simplify our customers' health care experience
* Learn more about health care and expand your own experiences, opening doors to additional opportunities within arenaflex
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
* Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
* High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
* Associates degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
* Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
* Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
* Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
* Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
* Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
* At least 6 months of health care experience
