Job Summary
We are seeking an Experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team, providing exceptional customer service to music streaming customers via inbound messages in German. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a unique experience for each individual customer. Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via inbound messages in German
- Resolve customer issues and provide a unique experience for each individual customer
- Provide exceptional customer service and support via inbound web messages
- Work with a team of experienced Mods to provide 24/7 support
- Participate in language assessments in German and English to ensure adequate proficiency
- Meet productivity and quality standards, including:
+ 40 hours per week during the 8-week orientation period + Daily production hours from 9 AM to 10 PM + Project commitments of 25 hours per week, including 8 hours on Saturday and/or Sunday
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
* Strong desire to create a unique experience for each individual customer
- Enjoy providing exceptional customer support and can quickly identify all/any issues the customer may have
- Proficient in German and English, with business-level proficiency required
- Experience providing customer support via inbound web messages, with the ability to handle 3-5 customers at the same time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on your mobile device
- Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures
- Stable broadband internet connection of 25 MBS or greater
- 8 GB RAM or better
- Dual monitors highly recommended
Workspace Requirements
* Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
- Chromebook is not sufficient for arenaflex projects
- Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on your mobile device
- Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures
- Stable broadband internet connection of 25 MBS or greater
- 8 GB RAM or better
- Dual monitors highly recommended
