Responsibilities:

As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing quick and accurate assistance to customers, ensuring a positive experience during their online interactions. Your key responsibilities will include:

Answering Incoming Customer Live Chats:

Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and problems in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.

Evaluating Customer Interactions:

Assess customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary.

Creating Relationships with New Customers:

Build rapport with new customers to better understand and meet their needs.

Promoting Client Products and Services:

Encourage customers to explore and engage with client products and services.

Providing Administrative Support:

Assist the customer service team with administrative tasks, such as data entry and reporting.

Assisting with Overflow Work:

Help with overflow work and other duties as needed to ensure seamless customer support.

Requirements:
