Job Summary

As an Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk / Typing Professional at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our team's administrative and operational needs. Your primary responsibilities will include data entry, typing, and administrative tasks, which will require you to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in basic PC skills. You will work from home, using your own device, and will be expected to maintain a stable internet connection and meet productivity and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Data entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, using your typing skills to meet productivity and quality standards.

  • Typing: Maintain a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute and ensure accuracy in all typing tasks.
  • Administrative tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as responding to emails, making phone calls, and maintaining records.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues via email, phone, and other digital channels.
  • Productivity: Meet productivity and quality standards, working independently and managing your time effectively.

Requirements

* Age: 16 years or older

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field
  • Skills:

+ Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite + Proficiency in typing, with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute + Excellent communication and organizational skills + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively + Basic English written and spoken language + Stable internet connection and reliable device

  • Work environment: Must be able to work from home, using your own device, and maintain a stable internet connection.

* 2+ years of experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field
