Job Overview
As a Work-From-Home Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients' customers. This role requires you to be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will be interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues, and providing solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues
- Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks
- Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade
- Explain and position products and processes with customers

Candidate Qualifications

Physical Requirements
This job operates in a professional office environment.
