Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Designing, implementing, and directing global frameworks, processes, and systems to drive cost savings, revenue growth, and improved customer satisfaction
  • Leading the development and execution of Quality Driven Service (QDS) initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence in all aspects of our operations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Developing and implementing preventive measures to ensure compliance and system capability, as well as establishing business continuity plans
  • Quantifiably measuring and reporting client responsibilities, and utilizing continuous improvement tools to target areas where client retention is at risk
  • Traveling both domestically and internationally, as required, to support global operations and partnerships

Work Liabilities

* Building, developing, and fostering a high-performing team culture that encourages voluntary effort, ensures employees complete all required and developmental training within established timeframes, and promotes a continuous improvement and development mindset

  • Fulfilling all authority obligations in accordance with arenaflex's staff policies and procedures, including but not limited to meeting, recruiting, and training employees, planning, allocating, and coordinating work, evaluating performance, fulfilling, instructing, and addressing performance issues
  • Ideating and leading continuous improvement initiatives that enhance processes, increase efficiency, drive compliance, and improve the customer experience
  • Driving the development and support of work strategies, best practices, and job guidelines in accordance with design standards to ensure the safety of our employees and the public, promote compliance, increase efficiency, and achieve both service level and productivity goals
  • Coordinating global cargo shipping capabilities (e.g., CargoWise) while standardizing framework design and use in accordance with global cycle, internal policies, and methods, and global regulatory requirements

Prerequisites and Capabilities

* Four-year degree or equivalent in a related field; master's degree preferred

  • Six Sigma, Lean, or other ASQ continuous improvement certifications (e.g., FedEx QDM Master) highly preferred
  • Proven expertise in driving execution, management, and coordination of Cargowise into the global shipping frameworks landscape and plan, development, and execution of digital capabilities and solutions required
  • Agile, PMP, or similar accreditation highly preferred
  • Demonstrated change management and project management experience driving functional excellence continuous improvement initiatives for cross-functional tasks
  • Significant related experience in overseeing and driving high-performing teams, improving processes, and changing business activities
  • Strong industry knowledge, proven effective management experience, human relations, and interpersonal skills required

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
