Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, providing product and service information, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Professional at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling Inbound Calls: Engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Product and Service Information: Provide elevated levels of product and service knowledge to clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and components of arenaflex's Private Venture Services.
  • Sales and Customer Retention: Enhance key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, managing complaints, and closing deals.
  • Client Care: Provide exceptional client care by answering questions about accounts in a fast-paced, organized client care environment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, as per established procedures and protocols.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Client Service Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in client-facing roles, with a proven track record of building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sales and Customer Retention: Demonstrated success in a client care and sales environment, with a strong ability to work in a high-speed, measurement-driven climate.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in working in an online environment, with the ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the private sector and customer service industry.
