Job Summary:
As a key member of our arenaflex team, you'll be responsible for processing documents electronically, making outbound calls to doctor's offices, processing claims, and ensuring document classification is completed and transmitted to clients. You'll work closely with our team to identify documents and their purpose, creating a database of information and classifying documents based on contract requirements. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will shine through as you interact with clients and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process documents electronically, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Make outbound calls to doctor's offices, as volume permits, to provide exceptional customer service
- Process claims, verifying data from automated data extraction tools
- Receive, process, and ensure document classification is completed and transmitted to clients
- Receive documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing
- Sort, image, document, file, and archive by form type
- Identify documents and their purpose, creating a database of information
- Classify documents based on contract requirements
- Verify data from automated data extraction tools
- Ensure transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level
Position Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Teams, and other arenaflex-approved software
- Must have a secure workspace with high-speed internet
- Must be able to pass a typing test
- Must be able to sit for long periods and willing to work overtime if needed
- Well-organized with strong computer typing skills for effective note-taking
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
- Strong Data Entry skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays if required
Essential Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other arenaflex-approved software
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Knowledge of medical billing or insurance industry
- Certification in customer service or data entry
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
Skills and Competencies:
* Strong computer typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $46,600.00 - $63,250.00, based on experience and performance. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive, based on business need. arenaflex provides a variety of benefits to employees, including:
