Job Description:

As a Process Associate – Quality Assurance and Operations Improvement at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Auditing operations teams' and system outputs to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Suggesting and implementing process/system improvements to drive operational excellence
  • Identifying emerging process performance trends and providing insights to stakeholders
  • Tracking and maintaining quality metrics of assigned processes to ensure compliance with arenaflex standards
  • Interacting with business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve process goals and objectives

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct regular audits of operations teams and system outputs to identify areas for improvement

  • Analyze data and trends to identify emerging process performance issues and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive operational excellence and efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that process improvements are implemented effectively and efficiently
  • Track and maintain quality metrics of assigned processes to ensure compliance with arenaflex standards
  • Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on process performance and improvement initiatives

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, operations, quality assurance)

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a quality assurance or operations improvement role

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
