Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Manager to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement, loyalty, and customer satisfaction. You will also provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including social media, email, and phone. Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement social media strategies that align with arenaflex's business objectives and brand voice

  • Manage and moderate social media conversations, responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints
  • Analyze social media metrics and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Develop and execute social media content calendars, including creating engaging content, graphics, and videos
  • Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including social media, email, and phone
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure arenaflex remains competitive and innovative

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, customer service, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies that drive engagement and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different tone and style guidelines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, customer service, or a related field
  • Experience with social media advertising, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress or Drupal
  • Experience with email marketing software, such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact
  • Certification in social media marketing, customer service, or a related field
