Job Description

We are looking for a talented AI Chatbot Engineer to join our team of experts in designing, developing, and maintaining AI-driven chatbot solutions that enhance customer engagement and streamline interactions. As an AI Chatbot Engineer, you will be responsible for building, deploying, and optimizing intelligent chatbot solutions using IBM Watson X Assistant for various use cases. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, backend engineers, and business analysts, to align chatbot functionality with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and Develop AI Chatbots: Build, deploy, and optimize intelligent chatbot solutions using IBM Watson X Assistant for various use cases.

• Integrate with Backend Systems: Develop APIs and integration points to connect the chatbot with existing business systems and databases.
• NLP and Machine Learning Implementation: Utilize natural language processing (NLP) techniques to enhance the bot's ability to understand and respond to user inputs accurately.
• Training and Optimization: Continuously improve chatbot performance by training models and refining responses based on analytics and feedback.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, backend engineers, and business analysts, to align chatbot functionality with business needs.
• User Testing: Conduct user testing and gather feedback to enhance user experience and functionality.
• Documentation: Create technical documentation and guidelines for future maintenance and feature upgrades.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience

in AI, machine learning, NLP, or chatbot development.

Proven experience

with IBM Watson X Assistant in building and deploying conversational AI solutions.

Strong knowledge

of NLP frameworks, machine learning algorithms, and data analytics.

Experience

with APIs and backend integrations for chatbot solutions.

Proficiency

in Python, JavaScript, or Java.

Familiarity

with cloud platforms such as IBM Cloud, AWS, or Azure.

Strong problem-solving skills

and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in AI-driven applications.

Excellent communication skills

with the ability to work remotely in a collaborative environment.
