Responsibilities:

• Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels, providing accurate information about Nuuly's products, services, and policies.
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to orders, returns, subscriptions, and account management, collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex concerns.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions using our customer relationship management (CRM) system, identifying patterns in customer feedback to suggest improvements to processes or services.
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences that align with arenaflex's values and brand voice, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for our customers.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
