Experienced Seasonal Part-Time Customer Service and Inbound Phone Sales Representatives – Remote Opportunity at arenaflex
Job Summary:
Join arenaflex, a leading lawn, pest, and tree care services provider with a strong commitment to community and environmental responsibility, as a Seasonal Part-Time Customer Service and/or Inbound Phone Sales Representative. This exciting opportunity offers the flexibility to work from home, setting your own schedule between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, for 10-25 hours per week. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound lawn care sales and/or customer service-related inquiries, with some limited outbound follow-up calls as needed. Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound lawn care sales and/or customer service-related inquiries via phone, with some limited outbound follow-up calls as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Meet or exceed sales targets, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, typing at a rate of 45 WPM
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; prior sales and/or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a pleasant telephone demeanor
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, in a remote environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in typing at a rate of 45 WPM
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes
Preferred Qualifications:
* Prior experience in sales and/or customer service, preferably in the lawn care or outdoor services industry
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
