Experienced Technical Customer Service Representative – Proxy Service Support and Operations

Responsibilities

As a Technical Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Strategizing customer service efforts to ensure exceptional customer experience
  • Providing chat and email support to our customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Creating and updating support articles to ensure that our customers have access to accurate and up-to-date information
  • Managing billing, refund, and cancellation processes on payment platforms
  • Reviewing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Tracking key metrics on sales, refunds, and cancellations to inform business decisions
  • Analyzing user test videos to understand how our customers perceive our product and identifying areas for improvement
  • Proactively managing our team using ClickUp, Slack, and other tools
  • Helping to build a team of CS superstars and identifying and solving solutions to complex customer issues
  • Collaborating with our customers to help them use our proxy service effectively
  • Providing chat and email support to our customers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Basic to mid-level backend programming skills, with experience in languages such as Python, Java, or C++
  • An IT-related background, with a strong understanding of the internet and technology
  • High-level written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues
  • A deep understanding of the internet and technology, with the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments
  • Innovative and creative thinking, with the ability to think outside the box and come up with novel solutions to complex problems
  • Experience with tools such as Slack, Google Mail, Google Sheets, and Zendesk, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
  • A mic and webcam for meetings, with the ability to participate in virtual meetings and collaborations
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
  • Ability to work at 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM UTC, with flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed
