Job Summary
As a Hybrid Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll work closely with our team to enter alpha and numeric data using key-to-disk standalone equipment, PCs, and other data entry terminals. Your attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures will be essential in maintaining the high level of quality we expect from our team members.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter alpha and numeric data using key-to-disk standalone equipment, PCs, and other data entry terminals
- Verify data by sight and machine for completeness and accuracy
- Follow a pattern of operations generally standardized, but frequently including rules, expectations, and special instructions, which demand close attention
- Develop a good working knowledge of the operation of data entry devices and numerous applications, job formats, and system commands
- Collaborate with the team to ensure data entry processes are efficient and accurate
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications
* 6+ months of experience in a data entry work environment
- 3+ months of experience working with Windows-based applications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
