Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales teams and clients through all stages of the mission lifecycle, from planning to invoicing. You will be responsible for designing and executing effective media plans that drive revenue growth, managing campaign execution, and ensuring seamless communication with clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

* Lead 1 Digital Media and Advertising Operations team member in supporting assigned sales reps and related clients through all stages of the mission lifecycle, from planning to invoicing

• Responsible for delivering effective media plans that drive revenue growth
• Allocate team responsibility while contributing to and aiding the effort of the executives
• Perform all tasks connected with campaign management, explicitly stock valuation, media plan creation, order entry, dealing, streamlining, reporting, and invoicing
• Ensure the Record Administrator is fully prepared on campaign execution and able to address every related question
• Act as the primary point of contact for any escalations on complex issues or requests regarding stock, promotion items, or missions
• Assist Sales, Finance, and Accounting in revenue tracking
• Investigate and resolve promotion delivery, ad quality, and technical issues, liaising with global Promotion Stages support
• Test potential promotion tech merchant integrations and provide input on contract discussions
• Ideate, execute, audit, and advance operational cycles that drive quality and efficiency
• Analyze usage and execution of digital stock to develop systems and products that boost revenue yield
• Develop, tutor, and foster ability, including training future recruits
• Create and update internal documentation to explain processes and best practices
• Collaborate with regional teams and serve as a local hub of excellence for different offices across EMEA
• Stay up-to-date with TWDC's promotion tech stack and system, and follow industry developments

Experience We Expect From You

* Graduate level or equivalent experience

• 3+ years of general experience in the advertising industry, either publisher/agency side or in promotion tech
• Team management's insight
• Master in defining and advancing processes
• Profoundly able in determining, planning, dealing, and managing promotion lobbies for show and video across sites, applications, social stages, and associated television conditions
• Shown capacity in enacting efforts, creating precise and applicable experiences, and enhancing execution
• Solid understanding of automated advertising, advances that power it, and key sellers in the space
• Familiar with general information security and protection requirements connected with advanced advertising
• Able to address the organization in outside gatherings and occasions
• Media or diversion brand experience is helpful, as is knowledge of the cycles and strategies of a global partnership
• Essential ability together and promote the executive's frameworks (eg: Google Advertising Manager), promotion server frameworks (eg: DV360), and management of Creative Labels and Tracking to support and lead the assigned team
• Knowledge of Huge activation for digital campaigns and related requirements
