What You'll Get to Do

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing transactions and various inquiries using Outlook, SAP, and Esker
  • Receiving distributor calls as well as some end-user calls
  • Providing reliable information to both internal and external customers
  • Working with appropriate functional groups or team members to proactively eliminate errors and inefficiencies in the order process

Who You Are

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A college or university diploma/degree
  • Bilingual (French/English) language skills, both written and spoken (a strong asset)
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks in a high call/systems volume environment while maintaining composure and flexibility
  • Strong keyboard and data entry skills (min 30 wpm)
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with sales personnel and distributors in a professional and courteous manner
  • A team player mentality, with the ability to work with a large team
  • Dependability, decision-making, and follow-through on team tasks, with a willingness to help all other associates with little or no supervision
  • The ability to rapidly assimilate marketing programs, product knowledge, and all other company policies and procedures
