Key Responsibilities

As a Part Time Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for supporting our Customer Service (Ticket & Gate) team. Your primary goal will be to deliver world-class service to all our customers, ensuring that their travel experience is smooth and pleasant. Your key responsibilities will include:

Ticket Agent:

+ Greet customers and guide them through the ticketing and baggage check-in process. + Use a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets. + Manage the check-in process, ensuring that customers have the proper documentation for travel. + Tag baggage and perform lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to conveyor belts. + Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.

Gate Agent:

+ Assist customers with routing, trip planning, and gate boarding. + Use computers to assist customers with seat availability, gate announcements regarding the boarding process, flight status, checking, and handling baggage. + Operate jet ways to place them in position prior to aircraft arrival and lifting, opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors. + Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
