Registered Dietitian (RD), Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS), or Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN) (Part-Time)
About the Role
Aurelia Health is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD), Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS), or Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN) to join our clinical care team supporting women in midlife. Aurelia is a telemedicine medical practice serving 16 states focused on hormone health, metabolic care, and longevity medicine. This role works within an established care model alongside a team of prescribing clinicians, including a Physician, Nurse Practitioners, as well as Registered Nurses . This is a patient care role , focusing on 1-1 care. You will provide individualized nutrition care to patients who are already engaged in medical treatment, helping translate clinical plans into sustainable daily practice. What You’ll Do
- Conduct 30, 45, and 60-minute nutrition visits with active patients
- Provide individualized, evidence-informed nutrition and lifestyle guidance
- Support metabolic health, body composition, and overall physiology during midlife
- Collaborate closely with prescribing clinicians and nursing team to align care plans
- Support patients following medically prescribed treatment plans, including those using GLP-1 medications
- Work with patients experiencing complex metabolic and inflammatory presentations
- Document care clearly and accurately within clinical systems
You will also participate in shaping thought leadership, methodologies and and patient education materials, alongside the founder and broader clinical team. Qualifications
- Active credential as a Registered Dietitian (RD), Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS), or Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN)
- Experience working with adult patients in a clinical or healthcare setting
- Familiarity with metabolic health, insulin resistance, and midlife physiology preferred
- Experience supporting patients using GLP-1 medications preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
What Success Looks Like Patients feel supported, understood, and able to implement their care plans. Nutrition care is aligned with the broader medical strategy.
