• * Once onboarded, you'll work alongside a dedicated Care Advisor team focused on finding you the right matches — based on location, client needs, and your availability. The best professionals on our platform build consistent schedules, stay engaged through the app, and communicate proactively with their Care Advisors.
• * We're currently hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide skilled nursing care across a variety of settings. New graduates are welcome!

WHAT YOU'LL DO Core Responsibilities:

• Provide care within your scope of practice including preparation, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
• Collect, record, and monitor patient data, routine measurements, and vital signs
• Administer immunizations and therapeutic injections as ordered by providers
• Supervise ancillary personnel and delegate responsibilities as appropriate
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment
• Document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app
• Communicate with your Care Advisor regarding any case updates or changes in patient condition
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Required Qualifications:

• Active LVN nursing license/certification
• Active CPR/BLS certification
• Minimum 2 months of nursing experience
• Proof of COVID vaccination including first booster
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app (required for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)
• Reliable transportation to and from agreed upon shifts
• Must pass a background check
• * Program-Specific Requirements (May Apply):
• Medical clearance such as TB test or physical exam
• Additional documentation may be required based on state law or client contract
• Some training requirements may be needed prior to accepting shifts
