- Monday and Thursday 8am-4pm EST with additional availability
- 2 hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday for consultation
- New integrated dual diagnosis program within community center
- Psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
- Adult patients with dual diagnosis and intensive outpatient
- Weekly dual diagnosis treatment team meetings
- Preference onsite but hybrid or remote options available
- 12-18 month commitment with 20 hours per week ongoing
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
