Key Responsibilities
- Actively scout and identify new musical talent across various genres and platforms (live shows, online, social media).
- Attend industry events, showcases, and live performances to discover emerging artists.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with artists, managers, producers, and other industry contacts.
- Evaluate demo submissions, artists' portfolios, and performance materials for potential signing.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and audience demographics.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on potential signees for internal review.
- Collaborate with legal and business affairs teams on artist contracts and negotiations.
- Provide initial creative feedback and guidance to developing artists.

Required Skills
- Proven track record in talent scouting or A&R within the music industry.
