On a typical day, you will converse with the model on real-world ASL communication scenarios and theoretical questions in signed language linguistics, verify linguistic accuracy and cultural appropriateness, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics. A bachelor's or master's degree in Deaf Studies, Sign Language Interpreting, Linguistics, or a related field is ideal; RID certification, teaching experience, or community interpreting projects signal fit.
