Job Titles : AI Prompt Designer (Generative Content Systems) Location: Remote Duration: 6-month Contraact Interview:- Virtual interview Job Description: We are seeking a creative and systems-oriented AI Prompt Designer to help build and refine AI-driven content generation workflows for a next-generation gaming initiative within Microsoft Casual Games under Xbox. This role combines creative writing, systems thinking, experimentation, and structured problem-solving to deliver scalable, high-quality AI-generated content. Top 3 Must-Have Skills & years of experience for each Prompt design & iteration for generative AI systems — 2+ years (or equivalent hands-on experience) Structured content/data handling (JSON, schemas, rule-based systems) — 2+ years Analytical problem solving (testing outputs, identifying failure patterns, improving systems) — 2+ years Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with prompt design and iteration for generative AI systems
• Experience working with structured content, JSON schemas, and rule-based systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to debug AI outputs
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot
• Strong systems-thinking mindset with ability to translate vague goals into repeatable outputs

Deal Braker Qualifications:

• Experience with agentic systems or skill-based AI systems
• Familiarity with prompt evaluation, scoring systems, or testing frameworks
• Background in gaming, education, interactive content, or content operations
• Light scripting or data manipulation experience

The ideal resume would contain experience with agentic systems or skill-based AI systems, and the ability to work independently Key Responsibilities:

• Design, write, and iterate prompts that generate structured and engaging AI content
• Build and maintain scalable prompt systems across multiple formats and topics
• Test outputs, identify failure patterns, and optimize prompt performance
• Define rules, constraints, and JSON schemas to ensure output consistency
• Evaluate AI-generated content for quality, engagement, accuracy, and repeatability
• Develop and expand content generation formats and workflows
• Collaborate using tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, spreadsheets, and structured workflows
• Prototype, validate, and improve ideas through rapid experimentation
