Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests, residents, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.

Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and reception area.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- *
Schedule appointments, coordinate meeting room bookings, and maintain visitor logs.

Provide accurate information in-person, via phone, or email regarding the facility and its services.

Assist with administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document handling.

Ensure compliance with building security procedures, including guest check-in and access control.

Support various departments with clerical tasks as needed.
- Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
- *
Proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Experience

1–3 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably within a residential, hospitality, or corporate environment.

- Working Hours

Full-time position, 40 hours per week.

Shift coverage may include weekdays, occasional weekends, or public holidays depending on operational needs.

Shifts typically range between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required.
