Senior Healthcare Growth & Operations Consultant (1099 | Fractional | Contract-Based)

Who We Are Momentum Healthcare & Technology Consulting partners with providers, healthcare technology companies, and investors to drive real, measurable growth across the care-at-home ecosystem. We sit at the intersection of strategy and execution. We don’t create decks that collect dust. We build and implement the systems, processes, and go-to-market engines that organizations actually run on. The Role We are building a network of senior-level sub-consultants to support client engagements across growth strategy, operations, sales enablement, and technology alignment. This is a 1099, contract-based role designed for experienced operators who can step into complex environments and immediately add value. You will work directly with executive teams, private equity partners, and operators to assess, design, and implement initiatives that drive growth, efficiency, and enterprise value. What You’ll Do This is not a passive advisory role. You will be expected to engage, challenge, and execute. Strategic Advisory & Execution

  • Partner with executive leadership on growth strategy, operational alignment, and market positioning
  • Translate strategy into actionable plans that teams can execute against
  • Identify gaps across people, process, and technology and drive solutions

Growth & Commercial Enablement

  • Build or optimize intake, sales, and referral development processes
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for providers and healthcare technology companies
  • Support SDR/BDR enablement, messaging, and pipeline acceleration

Operations & Performance Improvement

  • Assess current-state operations and identify inefficiencies
  • Design scalable workflows that improve performance and reduce cost
  • Support turnaround or stabilization efforts where needed

M&A & Private Equity Support

  • Participate in diligence efforts (commercial, operational, technology)
  • Support post-acquisition integration and value creation initiatives
  • Align operational execution with investment theses

Technology & Systems Alignment

  • Evaluate EMR, CRM, and supporting tech stacks
  • Identify integration gaps, redundancies, and adoption challenges
  • Drive practical implementation and adoption strategies

What We’re Looking For You’ve been in the arena. You’ve carried a number. You’ve led teams. You’ve fixed things that were broken. Core Experience

  • 10+ years in healthcare (home care, home health, hospice, post-acute, or adjacent sectors strongly preferred)
  • Experience in operator roles (CEO, COO, VP Ops, Growth, or equivalent)
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, EBITDA improvement, or operational turnaround
  • Exposure to multi-site organizations, franchising, or private equity-backed platforms

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect strategy to execution
  • Experience building or optimizing sales and marketing infrastructure
  • Ability to assess and improve operational workflows and scalability

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving clarity quickly

Engagement Structure

  • 1099 independent contractor
  • Project-based or fractional engagements
  • Variable hours depending on client need (can range from targeted advisory to embedded execution)
  • Remote, with occasional travel depending on client engagement

Pay: $125.00 - $175.00 per hour Benefits:
