Local to NJ candidates only Job Title: Database Modeler/Developer Job Location: NJ 08619 Hybrid( 3 days onsite; 2 days remote) Job Description: This is a development position for a .Database modeler/developer 1. 1 Design and develop database systems that are efficient, scalable, and secure. Required to determine the appropriate database architecture, data storage, and indexing techniques. Hands-on experience in building new relational data models, tables, views, functions, grants, triggers, stored procedures, indexes Required 2. 2 Work closely with software developers, system administrators to ensure that databases meet performance and scalability requirements. Analyzing an organization's data needs, identifying the most appropriate database systems, designing and implementing database structures, and ensuring data security and integrity. Required 3. 3 Analyst should have experience in Back-end data integration and architecture including dimensional data modeling(partitioning), database design, data warehousing, ETL development, and performance tuning with the Reporting tool Microsoft Power BI Stack experience Required 4. 4 Experience in DB migration project (Oracle to SQL) with Understanding in designing and maintaining High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server Required 5. 5 Design the DB deployment strategy, DB maintenance across the environments Required 6. 6 Experience with Windows server, including Active Directory. Should be able to manage users, user access strategies integrated with the application Required 7. 7 Focus on designing and maintaining data warehouses, with large-scale repositories of data used for analysis and reporting. Work closely with data analysts and business intelligence professionals to design data models and create efficient queries for extracting data. Required 8. 8 Associate should have experience in designing and implementing solutions for managing data in the cloud. Experience in working on AWS RDS will be an advantage Nice to have 9. 9 Ensuring data security and integrity, associate should be able to ensure that the data is secure and protected from unauthorized access or modification. Able to implement security protocols such as encryption, access controls, and data backup and recovery procedures. Also ensure that the data is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date by implementing data quality and data validation rules.
