Freelance Video Editor / Videographer Needed – Create a High-Impact Brand Video for Gulfshore Air
About Us
Gulfshore Air is a trusted HVAC company serving the Florida Emerald Coast since 1995. We are known for delivering exceptional customer service, strong community involvement, and creating an elevated customer experience. We are currently looking for a talented video editor and storyteller to help us create a polished, engaging promotional video for our Gulfshore Protection Plan membership program. This project is an opportunity to create a professional, emotionally engaging brand piece that will be used across our website, social media, sales presentations, and digital marketing campaigns. Project Overview We already have professionally captured footage from a ServiceTitan production team that visited our company in August of last year. We are looking for a creative editor who can transform this existing footage into a compelling 2–2.5 minute promotional video that clearly communicates the value of our Protection Plan and reflects the Gulfshore Air brand. The final video should feel: Professional and polished Trustworthy and customer-focused Modern and upbeat Emotionally engaging Clean and premium without feeling overly corporate We want viewers to: Understand the benefits of the Protection Plan Feel confident in Gulfshore Air See the value of preventative maintenance and membership Take action after watching What We Will Provide The selected freelancer will receive: Raw video footage from a production team Existing Gulfshore Air branding assets (logo, colors, fonts, etc.) Brand direction and messaging Examples of videos/styles we like Protection Plan information and key talking points Guidance on desired tone and pacing Scope of Work We are seeking someone who can: Review and organize raw footage Create a compelling story flow and structure Edit together a 2–2.5 minute final video Add music, transitions, motion graphics, and text overlays where appropriate Color correct and audio polish footage Incorporate branding elements professionally Potentially assist with scripting or narrative flow if needed Deliver revisions based on feedback Bonus if you can also create: Shorter cutdowns/reels for social media Captioned versions Vertical edits for Instagram/Facebook/TikTok Ideal Freelancer We are looking for someone with: Strong storytelling and editing skills Experience creating promotional/business brand videos Experience with service-based industries or home service companies is a plus Excellent pacing and emotional timing Professional communication and responsiveness Ability to take direction while also bringing creative ideas Preferred Editing Style Think: Clean cinematic edits Strong emotional hooks Fast enough pacing to stay engaging Professional but authentic Customer-focused storytelling Modern branding aesthetics We do NOT want: Overly cheesy sales content Generic corporate slideshow style edits Excessive effects/transitions Deliverables Please include: Final edited video (2–2.5 minutes) Social-media-friendly export formats Source/project files upon completion Up to 2–3 rounds of revisions To Apply Please send: Portfolio or samples of similar work Links to promotional/business videos you’ve edited Your editing process/workflow Estimated turnaround time Bonus points if you have experience with: HVAC/home service brands Membership/service plan marketing Story-driven customer testimonial videos We are excited to find a creative partner who can help bring the Gulfshore Protection Plan story to life in a powerful and memorable way.
