Client Support Specialist (AMC or Real Estate Appraisal experience REQUIRED)

• \Please note, both your resume and a cover letter expressing why you are best suited for this position are required in order to be considered. *** First Source Appraisal, an established and classic New Jersey-based Appraisal Company, is seeking a remote Client Support Specialist with prior Real Estate Appraisal and/or AMC experience to join our experienced team. The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for administrative tasks and client services via phone and email. This is an exciting opportunity for a diligent entry level professional with prior Appraisal / Appraiser Trainee / AMC experience looking to grow in this incredible industry. This role involves communicating directly with appraisers and lenders to coordinate the appraisal order process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all parties involved. Qualifications

• Experience in the Appraisal Management Company(AMC)/ Real Estate Appraisal field is required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills: Specifically, a comfortability speaking on the phone
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google products preferred
• An aptitude to learn additional software applications
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to multi‐task and prioritize, analytical skills, strong attention to detail with a great memory for information, and proven accountability for commitments and tasks assigned
• Personable and professional demeanor

Schedule

• Full Time, 9:30AM - 5:30PM EST M-F
• Overtime when needed

Work Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
