This role is remote with occasional travel to our corporate headquarters in Macedon, NY and other facilities as needed. What We Need The Supply Chain functions at BRF play a critical role in enabling enterprise decision-making through data ownership, governance, advanced analytics, program ownership and performance management. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining the holistic Supply Chain data structures, reporting frameworks, and analytics in partnership with Business Technology to ensure accurate, accessible, and actionable insights across the organization. This position owns all Supply Chain performance visibility, supplier management programs, and enterprise initiatives including Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Diversity supplier programs, Dashboard and KPI development and executive reporting. The role drives consistency in data definitions, reporting standards, and governance practices to support strategic planning, cost management, and operational scalability. This is a highly data-driven, results-oriented role focused on transforming procurement into an insight-led function.
What You Will Do
- Own supply chain data strategy in partnership with Business Technology, including development of reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data models to support enterprise decision-making. Be the funnel and single point of contact to represent all supply chain functions.
- Establish and maintain data governance standards across the entire supply chain, ensuring consistency in data definitions, ownership, and reporting practices.
- Develop and manage supply chain performance reporting, including spend analytics, performance metrics, and market intelligence insights.
- Serve as the primary liaison between supply chain and technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable data and system solutions.
- Lead Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) program including supplier segmentation, performance tracking, and executive business review frameworks.
- Own and advance Supplier Diversity initiatives, including tracking, reporting, and integration into supplier strategy and performance management.
- Develop executive-level presentations and reporting to communicate supply chain performance, risks, and strategic insights to leadership.
- Improve visibility into controlled and uncontrolled spend through structured data analysis and reporting enhancements.
- Partner cross-functionally to align supply chain data and reporting with finance, operations, and enterprise strategy needs.
- Lead initiatives to standardize supply chain processes and integrate governance practices into daily operations.
- Support budget planning and forecasting through data-driven insights and performance analytics.
- Drive continuous improvement in data quality, reporting efficiency, and system utilization across the supply chain.
What You Need To Be Successful
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in business-related discipline (i.e. business, economics, finance, accounting, supply chain) is preferred.
- A minimum of (5) years of enterprise level experience in procurement, supply chain, data analytics, or performance management roles to include:
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience working with supply chain and procurement data, reporting tools, and analytics platforms
- Direct involvement and development of supplier management programs such as SRM or performance scorecards
- Experience partnering with technology teams (ERP, reporting systems, data platforms)
- Experience developing executive-level reporting and presentations
