We keep our commitments The Senior Director, Special Projects and Performance is a senior revenue cycle management (RCM) leadership position responsible for developing and executing the strategy for Blue Cloud RCM's most complex challenges to drive optimal performance. This leader will oversee all aspects of enterprise performance improvement projects, vendor implementations, and strategic system integrations across the Blue Cloud enterprise. This role is a change agent, focused on operationalizing new policies, ensuring RCM preparedness for site acquisitions, and driving sustained, enterprise-wide performance lift for a highgrowth, national organization.   • Strategic Leadership - develop and implement RCM strategies, polices, and procedures to ensure best-in-class RCM performance
  • Project Management - Lead major RCM projects from initiation to completion
  • Performance and process Improvement - Conduct detailed workflow and gap analyses across the RCM spectrum
  • Vendor Management - Oversee all major RCM-related vendor relationships

YOU HAVEExperience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive RCM leadership experience, with at least 5 years managing multiple functional areas (billing, collections, coding) in an ASC, multi-site physician group, or hospital setting. Dental/Oral Surgery experience is a significant plus. Certifications: HFMA's Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR), Certified Professional Biller (CPB), or Certified Professional Coder (CPC) preferred. Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of ASC coding, billing and reimbursement methodologies. Demonstrated expertise in dental and multi-specialty is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in leading organizational change, process re-engineering, and managing cross-functional stakeholder groups (clinical, IT, operations, finance).
  • Demonstrated utilization and optimization of workflows, functionality and reporting in EMR and PAS solutions (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, HST Pathways, SIS Complete). Experience leveraging Open Dental is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools and demonstrated ability to develop executive-facing work products that outline performance, risk, and opportunities to optimize revenue and payment capture.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
