We bring our expertise and innovation to every project we undertake Job Title: Senior SAP EC Payroll Lead Functional Consultant SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Payroll Total Experience: 12 + Years Location: USA ( Remote Work ) Duration : Contract Long Term Remote Work SAP EC Payroll Lead Functional Consultant – Experienced SAP EC Payroll Lead Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll configuration, payroll processing, and end-to-end implementations. Responsible for leading payroll solution design, configuration, testing, integrations, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Gross-to-Net payroll processing, retro calculations, garnishments, tax models, FLSA, overpayment recovery, GL posting, month-end accruals, and savings plans.
- Develop and maintain payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll configurations.
- Manage integrations between SAP EC Payroll and third-party systems.
- Lead requirement gathering, workshops, testing cycles, UAT, parallel payroll, and go-live activities.
- Handle payroll issues, reconciliation, compliance, and production support.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, technical teams, and stakeholders.
Required Skills
- SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Payroll experience.
- Strong knowledge of SAP EC Payroll, schemas, PCRs, wage types, and tax configuration.
- Experience in end-to-end SAP payroll implementations and support projects.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
