Provides solutions for their clients of allsizes, to manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding,to paying people and developing their careers. The Position Reporting to the Development Manager (Wallet), the LeadSoftware Developer (iOS) is responsible for designing and implementing newdevelopment projects and completing and augmenting the current solutions andservices. You will concentrate on building the Dayforce Wallet product nativelyfor iOS. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, TechnicalWriting and Quality Assurance throughout the development process to ensure theproduct is functionally complete and technically solid. This is an excellentopportunity to join a rapidly growing innovator in a technically challengingand rewarding role. Responsibilities 1. Analyze, design, prototype, develop, test andsupport - complete software lifecycle in your hands 2. Work with the product owner, stakeholders,business analysts and other Dayforce developers to envision and deliver the requiredfunctionality 3. Create and enhance a scalable enterpriseapplication for mobile devices 4. Assess risks and impacts on the existing systemas new functions are added 5. Mentor intermediate and senior developers 6. Coordinate ongoing sprint work across featureteams 7. Peer review code to ensure it meets quality andarchitecture standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of active native iOS development
• Swift programming expertise
• Understanding and knowledge of Apple's HIG
• JSON, web-based APIs
• Good communicator who can express thoughts bothverbally and written
• Committed to sustainable development, testingand high-quality code
