Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation; enhance data-driven decision-making using role-based advanced analytics and business intelligence; support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies; facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools; optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and SLAs. Predictive Workforce Analytics: Implement and maintain workforce analytics dashboards and predictive models using agency-standard analytics platforms (e.g., Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), Power BI, Tableau) and appropriate machine learning tools, in coordination with OCIO and existing data architecture.

Responsibilities

• Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation; enhance data-driven decision-making using role-based advanced analytics and business intelligence; support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies; facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools; optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and SLAs.
• Predictive Workforce Analytics: Implement and maintain workforce analytics dashboards and predictive models using agency-standard analytics platforms (e.g., Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), Power BI, Tableau) and appropriate machine learning tools, in coordination with OCIO and existing data architecture.
• Build dashboards | enable insights | support decisions.
• Develop dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, OAS.
• Build, configure, test, and maintain solution components supporting Predictive Workforce Analytics; develop workflows, dashboards, apps, automations, or integrations and document deployment and support procedures.

Requirements

• 4+ years BI.
• Bachelor’s IT/Data.
• 4+ years BI.
• Skills Required Primarily focused on Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services initiatives and aligned with Program Support activities Data Management & Business Intelligence - Predictive Workforce Analytics Functional Area Activities.
