Data Analyst - SEO (English Speaking)

General Description: We are looking for a Data Analyst with Search Engine Optimization experience. Must be able to clearly communicate in English with both team members and clients. To be successful you need:
- 3 years experience related to Data Analysis, Reporting and/or Business Intelligence
- Working close with the Development team to better pull data, review, generate new search criteria, compare results, test, tweak data models and search result configurations, and repeat until a new design or concept can be applied for the Product Manager to generate new tickets.
- Design and implement improvements to search engine algorithms
- Perform A/B testing and evaluate the impact of changes
- Collaborate with data scientists to apply machine learning techniques to search
- Analyze user queries and search logs to identify improvement opportunities
- Proficient with SQL and spreadsheets
- Strong working experience with Google Analytics or Amazon Search or similar systems to improve Search Engine Optimization
- Experience with Tableau; proficient in Python or R
- Very comfortable with Statistics
- Background using Elastic Search, BI, search engine, contextual search and business analysis
- Experience working with data pipelines and ETL processes is preferred
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn) is a PLUS.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, including experience with identifying and defining problems/issues and executing analytical approaches to addressing a wide range of strategic questions
- If you have experience working with a globally distributed, cross functional teams, that is a PLUS
- Must be comfortable working in a collaborative environment
