Field Service Technicians & Crew Leaders (Power Transformer Exp. Req.) Description Our client in the power solutions and electrical infrastructure industry is seeking Field Service Technicians & Crew Leaders with hands-on power transformer experience to support large-scale field projects. This role is responsible for supporting the installation, maintenance, and repair of power transformers at customer sites. The ideal candidates are technically capable with power transformers, safety-focused, self-directed, and comfortable working extended hours in challenging field environments. Crew Leaders must have proven field leadership experience . This position offers stability, substantial paid overtime, a travel rotation with PAID scheduled time off, and strong earning potential while supporting critical power infrastructure projects nationwide. Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair power transformers at customer and project sites
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on power transformers
- Support troubleshooting and diagnosis of transformers and related electrical system issues
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
- Work collaboratively with assigned crew members under a designated field crew leader
- Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
- Ensure work quality meets company standards and industry regulations
- Travel extensively and work extended schedules in support of project requirements
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in safe and operational condition

Qualifications
- Hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and repairing
power transformers is required
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and blueprints is required
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality standards is required
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Ability to travel 3 weeks at a time to project sites is required
