Role Description This is a full-time, onsite position in Phoenix, Arizona for a Drafting Designer. This individual is responsible for generating a complete and accurate file of prints including specs, floorplans, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing from sketches, specifications and written and verbal instructions using computer aided drafting. The ideal candidate will maintain high accuracy and attention to detail while meeting project schedules and deadlines. The pay range for this position is $25 to $30/hour. Key Responsibilities

Draft project drawings which includes:

• Create working drawings for customer and state sign off and production as well as miscellaneous details and drawings; submit to supervisor for review
• Update structural standards and sales bid drawings
• Address questions to sales and/or complete research for clarification on projects
• Accurately address and incorporate red lines from plan review
• Submit supervisor approved plans for customer and state to Project Coordinator
• Schedule and attend pre-customer and pre-production meetings
• Revise prints per customer red lines and clouding modifications
• Process complete and accurate prints including all necessary corrections for final release
• Respond to questions from sales, purchasing and production
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• Associate's degree in relevant field preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience with Revit strongly preferred
• Modular experience preferred

• Able to successfully pass a criminal background check (following a conditional offer of employment)
