Security Engineer - Third Party Security

At Netflix, we are looking for an experienced Security Engineer - Third Party Security to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual who is passionate about security, enjoys problem solving, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.The Security Engineer - Third Party Security will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing security processes and solutions for third-party vendors. The successful candidate must have a good understanding of the security principles, procedures, and technologies associated with the security of third-party vendors.The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in security engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Additionally, they should have a strong understanding of security policies and procedures, experience with security tools and methodologies, and knowledge of risk management and security controls. Knowledge and experience with scripting languages is a plus.The successful candidate should be a self-starter, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to work well in a team environment. They should be comfortable working with senior leadership both inside and outside of the company. Finally, they should have a passion for learning new technologies and a commitment to staying current on the evolving security landscape. Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage security processes and solutions for third-party vendors. Understand security principles, procedures, and technologies associated with the security of third-party vendors. Design, create, and update security policies and procedures. Implement security tools and methodologies. Monitor and evaluate risk management and security controls. Utilize scripting languages to automate processes. Act as a self-starter and possess excellent communication skills. Work collaboratively with senior leadership within and outside of the company. Remain current on the evolving security landscape.
