Care Team Agent Level II
Care Team II: Job Roles: Answer Calls Updating the system Scheduling / Rescheduling Creation of new service request from email or portals Offer direct to consumer services and create service requests Updating partner portals Returning voicemails This position is a remote position that requires the team member to maintain internet with the bandwidth capable of job roles and responsibilities. Key Performance Indicators Average Handle Time- Not to exceed 3:00 minutes. Minimum outbound daily calls- 30 Minimum inbound daily calls: 45 Attendance: 2% or less absences over a rolling twelve-month period. All absences require a doctor’s note. Attendance policy applies to tardy’s. Availability: Agent must be available to take calls 45% of the day. Call Observations: Must be 70% better at an average of quality and communication styles.
