- Within our standard service hours (Monday to Friday, with some Saturday availability), you can block out consultation times that fit your life. While you manage your self-directed schedule, we ask our providers to commit to a minimum availability of 10 hours per week or 40 hours per month, allowing you to maximize your earning potential while maintaining work-life balance.

What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive virtual consultations for patients in post-acute care facilities across Florida.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide spectrum of dermatological conditions, developing and adjusting evidence-based treatment plans.
- Collaborate with on-site nurses and primary care teams via our integrated EHR system to ensure seamless, high-quality patient management.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of all patient interactions and treatment progress, adhering strictly to HIPAA and state regulations.
- Provide education and guidance to patients and on-site staff regarding skincare and treatment adherence.

- Active Florida Medical License: Must hold a current, unrestricted MD or DO license in the State of Florida (a dealbreaker!).
- Board Certification: Board Certified in Dermatology.
- Proof of Liability Insurance: Must provide a current Certificate of Insurance (COI) as evidence of active professional liability (malpractice) coverage upon contract signing.
- Experience: Proven clinical experience as a practicing dermatologist. Prior telehealth or post-acute care experience is a strong plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable and proficient using telehealth platforms, secure communication tools, and various EMR systems.
- Communication: Excellent "webside" manner, strong communication skills, and the ability to build rapport virtually.
