Position Overview We are seeking a driven Moving Consultant to guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to completed booking. This role blends sales skills with coordination and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound phone calls with customers.
- Respond to leads and convert them into booked jobs
- Conduct needs assessments and provide accurate quotes
- Coordinate move details and logistics with customers
- Build strong relationships to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Track sales activity and meet performance goals
- Collaborate with operations to ensure successful execution
- Maintain a clean and organized pipeline
- Build relationships with referral partners
Qualifications
- Proven sales or customer service experience
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple clients and timelines
- Experience in moving/logistics (preferred but not required)
